My Blood Test

Completed !!! Within minutes !!! :D
I did my blood test at BP Lab Seremban  and I'm required to pay RM 15 .
My blood group is....-drumroll-...A POSITIVE !!!!! Same with my sister !!! :)
I just told my sister that ''the same kind of blood flows in our veins '' lol...sounds too dramatic btw hehe...
Anyway, after the blood test I also got a card stating my blood group , it's so cool !
It's simply worth it to pay RM 15 , to be frank. I got a very nice young lady to be my doctor ( who used a device to poke into the skin of my middle finger to get some blood) and got to know how the blood test was actually done !!! :)
My doctor and another doctor pinched my middle finger and pressed three drops of blood at three different column of a white board. ( Firstly , my doctor did this by poking my index finger with the device, but very little blood came out lol, not enough for the blood test ) Next, three different liquids ( anti-A , anti-B...) were placed on top of the blood. The white board was then shaken and my blood in the 3 columns turned to blue, light orange and yellow respectively .
And then, the doctors decided it's A POSITIVE !!! ^.^

p.s : I have been telling my friends that I would like my blood to be O POSITIVE like a fool LOL....

CPE Exam Result 2011

Yup, it's out ! :D
And I got a C.( pass)...yeah...
71/100...
Just like all my CPE pre-tests...the exact 71...weird...
I got exceptional in writing and listening , good in use of English , between good and borderline for speaking and between borderline and weak in reading ( what ?!)...
yeah...i can't believe i got that for my reading paper either...
Dad said the grade of the reading paper is the reason why I got a C, and so he decided to pay to re-mark my CPE exam papers ...it's because he knows I can get better marks than this lol and he has reasons to believe that...
So, lets us wait for the result after remarking...
*Pray*

p.s: The other candidates' results : 2 guys got Grade A , other 2 girls got Grade C...weirder still...

Harry Potter 7 Part 2 After-Movie Thoughts

* CONTAINS SPOILERS *

The final Harry Potter movie, the very last one, omg...

What I liked: We were engaged in an emotional wild ride and fear in the Hogwarts final battle, good against evil. Battles really bring about love and unity in the wizardry community.

What I disliked : Lots of important parts in the story were left unmentioned .Less homourous conversations ( which I think it won't be appropriate if they're too much lol ).

The scenes I love :
The scene when Harry met Dumbledore at ''King Cross Station'' which was happening inside his head.
The story epilogue, 19 years later, where grown-up Harry sent his son off to Hogwarts.
The Half-blood Prince's ( Severus Snape) tales .

The movie should have:
The scene which Harry repairs his holly and phoenix wand with the elder wand in Dumbledore's study.
The scene in the Ravenclaw common room.

There was only a drawback in this whole movie-watching experience, which was: I watched the movie in 2D ,not 3D...-sigh-

Speaking in Front of the Whole School

We are asked to share our experience with the school about participating in the motivation programme with the Americans. Xin Yi and I decided to form a group and talked about our experience. :D

Before: One word to describe it all : NERVOUS. OMG...you have no idea...

On stage: Surprisingly, I didn't feel nervous...My voice was firm and I got to say what I wanted to say...Though I didn't really know what I said lol... You can say that I'm quite lost in the moment...

After : Felt relieved and then, surreal...It actually felt like it didn't even happen...Nothingness...That's a huge break-through and achievement for me though...Really huge...Felt like I can do anything now after what I did lol...

Overall , it went well...and I thanked God for that... :D

Motivation Programme with the American Students

Today ( 5 July) , me and 43 other students went to Nilai University College to participate in this motivation programme with the American students by bus. All in all, it was awesome and honestly my first time doing anything of this sort. :D
I was excited and nervous at the same time, well, what can you expect from someone who is meeting the Americans face-to-face for the very first time lol ?
Anyway, we talked about very casual but important stuff and then we played some exciting games :D The stuff we talked about are college studies, learning a foreign language, skills of public speaking, personalities and so on. The Americans ( 5 of them, Emily, Erin, Billy, Josh and Tyler) are so cool...they are the best :) So friendly and funny lol ... I learned quite a lot of stuff from them. :D

p.s : Added Josh on Facebook...TEEHEE lol...gotta find the other 4... :)

CHARLIE !!! :D

Collecting...?

Ever since I was a kid, I have associated myself with the verb collecting or the noun collection. Yup, you heard that right. The first thing I started collecting was stamps lol. I started that when I was 7. I got this idea from a textbook of mine and decided to try it out. I found it extremely interesting , don't ask why lol.(That sounds familiar with the present me under different circumstances :o ) Upon realising my interest in collecting stamps, my family started giving me stamps and my mum bought me my first ever stamp album. This hobby of mine (one and only at that time) lasted for 5 years ! Unbelievable !

And then, I moved on to collect stickers. But I don't think it was a serious hobby. It all started when my English teacher asked us whether we have any weird hobbies lol. And then the 11-year-old me told her, ' I collect stickers'. LOL. ROFL.

Anyway, moving on, entering the next chapter in my life, which was my secondary school life, I stopped collecting anything for a while until recently I went on to collect BOOKS. Yup, that's right. I wonder why this hasn't come sooner lol. I love reading for the longest time and I only started to collect books recently ? Weird... Perhaps only now I know how to cherish each and every books that I laid my hands on. And that leads me to the road to collect books.

Collecting books isn't as easy as you think it is when you see it as a serious matter, much like collecting stamps, really. In order to make your collection unique, you have to have first editions of every books, good condition of books and if possible, the autographs of your favourite authors. Having said that, my collection of books is on its way to greatness. My primary principle of collecting books is to collect all the books that I love :D Considering that my parents are willing to spend hundreds on books, I have no problem with my new found hobby :D

Just the feel of the hardcover books on my hands and the smell of new yellowish recycled papers in the books are enough to send me into a dreamy state and float on cloud nine in heaven...
